“So? What’s the problem?” Pan laughed. “You can knock that stuff out in your sleep, can’t you?” He did understand, really. Any extra school work was a pain when you were trying to catch up. “He holding your grade or something?”
“Yes I can do it but the point is it’s extra work for no reason,” she explained in a slower voice. Laughing at the question she shook her head, “Not exactly my grade, do the assignment or repeat the year!”
Pan recognized Lottie but it had certainly been a little bit since seen her. “Hey, what’s up? Something with school?” he asked, seeing her look of frustration.
Lottie jumped in surprise as she was aware of someone talking to her. “Oh hi Pan,” she murmured as she saw the photographer behind her. Waving the letter at him she huffed, “My dumb professor is trying to claim I need to do an extra assignment because I missed three days of lab work at the end of the last semester.”
